A second-team utility player on last year’s all-county team, Lopez appears as much for her batting as her pitching. She batted .430, scored 26 runs, homered four times and drove in 22. She led 10th-ranked Canyon to the Division III quarterfinals despite missing eight games because of a knee injury. She will attend Cal State Northridge.
