Przygocki helped the Eagles reach their first section semifinal. First, she pitched a perfect game in a 12-0 victory over San Pedro Mary Star of the Sea in the Division V second round. In the quarterfinals, she pitched a two-hitter against defending champion Santa Monica Crossroads and also drove in two runs in the 3-0 victory.

* St. Margaret’s, senior. Pitched a 16-inning one-hitter with 23 strikeouts in 2-0 second-round victory over Rio Hondo Prep and drove in four runs in 5-0 quarterfinal victory over SCC.
Ashley Bethel/Track and Field
* Mission Viejo, junior. Qualified for the state meet in the 100 hurdles, the long jump and high jump at last week’s Masters meet.
Traci Hensel/Softball/Pitcher
* Kennedy, senior. Gave up three hits in two playoff shutouts last week, striking out 23 to help Kennedy reach the Division III semifinals.
