Lawmaker Demands Probe of Bombing Case

OKLAHOMA CITY — A state legislator who has accused the FBI of a cover-up in the Oklahoma City bombing case demanded a grand jury investigation Monday even as a federal jury found Timothy J. McVeigh guilty of the attack.
State Rep. Charles Key handed in a petition with 13,500 signatures to a court here and said he had met all the requirements to force a grand jury probe into the bombing and the way it was handled by federal agents.
