From Times Staff and Wire Reports
The Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve in the scenic Flint Hills became the nation’s newest national park with a dedication that included tours, speeches, music and talk about the park’s future. Tallgrass prairie once stretched from Ohio to the Rocky Mountains and from Canada to Texas.
