Beck Made ‘Volcano’ Flow

Kenneth Turan’s April 25 review of “Volcano” mentioned the special effects as “mightily impressive” and indicated that the effects were one of the key strengths of the film. However, the review never mentioned the name of the visual effects supervisor who masterminded and orchestrated all of that. His name is Mat Beck. I would hope that, in the future, film reviews that focus on the visual effects will mention the name of the visual effects supervisor.
