Store to Sponsor a Weekend Fair

Carnival rides, cotton candy and vendors will be featured at a fair this week at the Super Kmart store, 1000 W. Imperial Blvd.
Amusement company West Coast Bad Boyz of Portland, Ore., originally wanted to hold its fair Feb. 7 to 9, the same weekend as the I Love La Habra Fair. But city officials rejected those dates, saying they did not want the two events to compete.
The fair at Super Kmart will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
