Oldest Marine

I do not wish to take any credit or honors from Maj. Harrold Weinberger (obituary, Feb. 10), but would like to inform The Times that the oldest living Marine is my father, Arpiar Missakian, born Sept. 10, 1894, and presently living in Glendale.
He reads The Times every day (I maintain his subscription), and is alert and in good health, for being 102 years old.
