Card to Feature Lazcano, Lujan Bout
A rematch between lightweights Juan Lazcano and Danny Lujan, who fought to a 12-round majority draw at the Reseda Country Club in December, will headline the Country Club’s next card on Feb. 20.
The 12-round main event will be for the World Boxing Federation lightweight title. Scheduled on the undercard are heavyweight Jimmy “The Stump†Buffo and junior welterweight Effi Schneider.
In the first meeting between Lujan (11-3-2) and Lazcano (12-1-1), two judges scored the fight even and a third gave a slight edge to Lujan.
