Pacific Gulf Starts Construction Project
NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, said it has launched its first construction project, an $8.5-million, 166-unit complex called the Fountains of Rancho Santa Margarita. The company, which holds industrial and residential properties, is setting aside 33 units for income-restricted buyers 55 years and older.
