Coming Attractions

Here is a look at key upcoming games for UC Irvine:

* Men’s basketball plays Thursday at Boise State and Saturday at Idaho. Last week, the Anteaters defeated Nevada but were routed by Fullerton.

* Women’s basketball hosts Boise State at 7 p.m. Friday and Idaho at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Anteaters entered last week tied for first in the Big West Conference’s Western Division, then were swept by Cal State Fullerton and Nevada.

* Men’s tennis plays at UCLA at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and hosts California at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Racquet Club of Irvine.

* Women’s tennis plays today at the University of San Diego.

* Men’s volleyball hosts Princeton Wednesday, plays at Cal State Northridge on Friday and hosts UC Santa Barbara on Saturday. All matches begin at 7 p.m.

* Golf’s spring season opens Monday with the UCLA Tournament at Industry Hills. The Anteaters were ranked 42nd in the nation in the fall.
