MotorVac Gets $100,000 in Settlement
SANTA ANA — MotorVac Technologies Inc. said it has received $100,000 from DeCarbon Australia Pty. as part of the settlement of a lawsuit between the two companies in Orange County Superior Court.
A MotorVac spokesman said DeCarbon had originally sued MotorVac for wrongful termination after MotorVac withdrew DeCarbon’s contract as its Australian distributor.
A related suit between MotorVac and Robert L. Fisher, its former vice president, international sales, and a director of DeCarbon is still pending.
MotorVac designs, develops and sells a system for the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of internal combustion engine fuel systems.
