* Re “Charges Filed Against Carwash,†Jan 11.
It was interesting to read in the Valley Focus section Jan. 11 that criminal charges of false advertising were being brought against the Encino Center Car Wash. I have had many infuriating and frustrating experiences at that particular carwash.
I’m glad that we have an effective Consumer Affairs Department to check on businesses like this . . . and like a bad relationship, I’ll probably return when my car gets dirty enough.
