Development Ruins Hillsides
If anyone is still in doubt about pro-business vs. slow growth in Thousand Oaks, take a drive out to the east end of Avenue de los Arboles and see what the Lang Ranch development has done to that area.
To say that this development hasn’t destroyed hillsides is ridiculous. I drive by there several times a week, and it makes me sick. And they’ve only just begun.
