Rafineria Gdanska, located on the Baltic Sea on the country’s north coast, is one of the two major refineries in Poland and is due to be privatized in the near future. It is part of Nafta Polska, the recently formed state company that holds oil and refining assets.

Fluor Daniel owns a majority interest in Prosynchem, which is located in Gliwice, Poland, and a 35% interest in Prochem, located in Warsaw.
