Powerwave Stock Rises in Market Debut

IRVINE — Powerwave Technologies Inc.’s stock rose Friday in its trading debut on the Nasdaq market.
The stock, which was priced at $11.50 per share Thursday for the initial offering, closed Friday at $12 per share.
The company, which makes wireless amplifiers, sold 2.4 million shares and had anticipated a price range of $11 to $13 for the offering. The stock is trading under the symbol PWAV.
