Local Motion
All “Sheryl Crow†could manage on the national sales chart was No. 6, but the second album from the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter is No. 1 on The Times’ Southern California chart after its first week in stores. Runner-up on the local chart is Natalie Cole’s “Stardust,†which barely cracked the Top 20 on the national chart. Topping the local singles sales chart for the third week in a row is the Westside Connection’s “Bow Down,†a collaborative effort by rappers Ice Cube, WC and Mack 10.
