Felix, Dawkins Lead Estancia to Easy Victory

COSTA MESA — Chris Felix scored three touchdowns and James Dawkins added two as Estancia dominated Calvary Chapel, 41-14, in a nonleague game Friday night at Orange Coast College.
Estancia (3-0) has outscored opponents this season, 97-21.
Felix scored a touchdown in each of the final three quarters--on runs of 33, 53 and six yards. He finished the game with 112 yards in only six carries.
Dawkins put Estancia ahead, 14-6, in the first quarter when he returned a Calvary Chapel kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown. Dawkins’ second touchdown was the final score of the night for Estancia as he took a handoff and ran 49 yards for a score in the fourth quarter.
Dawkins, who is seventh in the county in rushing with an average of almost eight yards per carry, led Estancia with 143 yards in 16 carries.
Calvary Chapel drops to 0-3.
