VanGo, a shuttle service that began operating in July, received a $200,000 federal grant this month that will enable the program to continue beyond its one-year trial period.
The shuttle service, funded in part by a grant from the Orange County Transportation Authority, is part of a larger project involving Brea, Placentia and Yorba Linda. Each city has its own version of the shuttle service, which runs weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs $1.
