Breier Named VP at Buena Vista

Lylle Breier has been promoted to vice president, special events for Buena Vista Pictures Distribution. Breier will be responsible for creating and overseeing all special events related to motion pictures under Disney, Touchstone and Hollywood Pictures.

* Gary Knell has been promoted to executive vice president and Ann Sardini to executive vice president and chief financial officer for Children’s Television Workshop.
* Yalda Tehranian has been promoted to senior vice president of production and Rick Mischel to senior vice president of acquisitions, production and family entertainment, Live Entertainment. David Garber was named executive vice president of television and new media for Live.
* James L. Conway has been named executive vice president of Spelling Television.
* Mike Darnell has been named vice president of specials for Fox Broadcasting.
