OLYMPIC REPORT 16 DAYS TO THE GAMES : U.S. Volleyball Selects Captains

Outside hitters Tara Cross-Battle and Bob Ctvrtlik have been named captains of the U.S. volleyball teams. Cross-Battle, who attended Long Beach State, was named 1995 FIVA Women’s Player of the Year. Ctvrtlik, who attended Pepperdine, was a member of the 1988 gold medal and 1992 bronze medal teams.
