Food Brokerage Bromar Inc. Names New Chief Executive
* Jeffrey B. Hill has been named president and chief executive of Bromar Inc., a Newport Beach food brokerage. He was previously executive vice president and co-chief operating officer. Don Kauffman remains chairman.
* Leslie Abbot has joined Survivair Inc., a Santa Ana manufacturer of respiratory and life support equipment, as product manager. She was formerly a respiratory product manager for Willson Safety.
* Donald J. Hartman has been appointed director of operations for Diversified Mailing Services Inc. in Fullerton. He was previously director of operations for Matrix Science Corp./AMP Inc. Also, Lyn N. Bunch was named director of sales and marketing. Before joining the company, he was director of advertising for the Orange County Register.
* Douglas Ammerman has been appointed managing partner of the Orange County office of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He will also continue to serve as partner in charge of the Pacific Southwest Area’s personal financial planning practice.
* Trindl Swanson has been named a vice president in the Costa Mesa branch of Johnson & Higgins, an insurance broker. Swanson is a senior client manager and member of the company’s technology group. Before joining Johnson & Higgins, she was a vice president at Sedgwick James of California, where she established the technology practice in Southern California.
