Run to Raise Funds for Meals on Wheels

For those who love to run, the third annual Love Run to benefit Meals on Wheels is the place to be June 2.
The event is sponsored by Conejo Valley Senior Concerns and begins at the GTEL Building, 2801 Townsgate Road, in Westlake, next to the Hyatt Westlake Hotel.
Registration for the 10K, 5K and one-mile fun run and stroll begins at 7 a.m. on race day. The 5K begins at 8 a.m., the 10K at 8:45 a.m. and the fun run at 9 a.m.
Entry fees are $15 for the 10K and 5K, and $12 for the fun run on the day of the race. Participants receive a T-shirt; all children who finish receive medals, and awards will be presented to race winners in a variety of age divisions.
The local Meals on Wheels program delivers more than 30,000 meals annually.
