Detainees May Be From Srebrenica

PALE, Bosnia-Herzegovina — Some of the seven men handed over by U.S. troops to Bosnian Serb police last week could be refugees from Srebrenica, where thousands of Muslims are feared to have been massacred by Serbs, a U.N. spokesman said Tuesday.
Bosnian Serb police have charged three of the seven men with the murders of Serbian civilians.
