After a seventh unsuccessful day of searching for former CIA Director William E. Colby, authorities in Rock Point, Md., are thinking about changing their strategy, although no details were available. Colby, 76, disappeared while canoeing in front of his summer home. His canoe was found swamped the next day. He is presumed dead, but searchers have been unable to find his body. The search was scheduled to resume today. A boat carrying two rescue workers plied the Wicomico River shoreline and a state police helicopter made one pass over the area.
