KABUL, Afghanistan — More than 100,000 people are believed to be affected by widespread flooding across Afghanistan, the president of the Afghan Red Crescent Society said Monday.
More than 100 people are believed to have died or are still missing, with one-quarter of this Texas-size country under water.
