‘CityKids’ and Campaign ’96 on the Agenda

A special, a movie and two new cable series highlight this weekend’s television fare.

* Demi Moore hosts ABC’s “CityKids All Star Celebration,” tonight at 8 on Channel’s 7, 3 and 42, a special marking the 10th anniversary of CityKids Foundation. Paula Abdul, Brandy, Drew Barrymore, Michael Bolton and Jimmy Smits guest.

* “Encino Woman,” ABC’s sequel to “Encino Man,” stars Katherine Kousi as a beautiful primitive found in the Hollywood Hills who becomes a supermodel, tonight at 9 on Channels 7, 3 and 42.

* A&E;’s new four-hour documentary “Floating Palaces,” Sunday at 5 and 9 p.m., and Monday at 6 and 10 p.m., examines transatlantic travel on the largest passenger ships ever built and previews a new fleet of ships that will take American tourists across the Atlantic Ocean.

* USA kicks off its new late-night series, “Reel Wild Cinema,” Sunday at midnight. The outrageous Sandra Bernhard hosts the offbeat series, which features the comedian and a celebrity guest discussing condensed versions of four low-budget films from the 1930s through the ‘70s.

The Israel-Lebanon conflict, abortion and Campaign ’96 are among the topics on the public affairs programs.
