GT Bicycles Buys French Distribution Center

SANTA ANA — GT Bicycles Inc. said Thursday that it has acquired a distribution facility in Nancy, France--its first wholly owned center outside the United States--for an undisclosed price. Terms of the cash purchase weren’t disclosed. GT also said it opened a sales and distribution office in Tokyo.
