Hewlett-Packard Co., Microsoft Corp. Team Up: The two are expected today to announce a partnership to produce a new line of personal computers for small business. The six-model line, to be called Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft Small Business Center, will come with Microsoft business productivity and reference applications. The new machines, part of HP’s larger Vectra 500 line, are intended for the growing number of businesses with fewer than 500 employees.
