Freeway Story in Need of More Twists

* In researching material for his article “Twists and Turns, California 23,” your reporter must have missed an article that appeared in The Times when the 23 Freeway between the 101 Freeway and Moorpark opened. The title, as I remember, was “The Freeway to Nowhere.”

If your reporter had been aware of that article, he might have entitled his current piece, “Twists and Turns--the Freeway to Somewhere, Anywhere or Everywhere.”
