Chechen rebels freed 12 Russian police commandos, the only remaining hostages from a raid last month into the southern Dagestan region, the Itar-Tass news agency reported. The 12, among 37 seized in the village of Pervomayskoye on Jan. 10, were exchanged for seven guerrillas captured when Russian forces stormed the village.
