Marquee a Magnet on Refrigerator
The proposed Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza marquee adjacent to the freeway will end a popular guessing game by answering the two questions most on the minds of passing motorists: “What the heck is that ugly building?†and “Who is responsible for it?â€
And given that the so-called copper “curtain†is widely thought to resemble the backside of a refrigerator, perhaps Frigidaire would like to sign on as a sponsor.
