Workshops to Assist Arts Grant Seekers

March 18 is the application deadline for the L.A. County Music and Performing Arts Commission’s National-State-County Partnership Grant Program, which provides grants to arts organizations in Los Angeles County with budgets of less than $200,000.
To assist applicants, the commission is sponsoring a series of application workshops on the following dates:
* Today: Ford Amphitheatre Conference Room, Hollywood Hills, 1-5 p.m. (for third- and fourth-year grantees only).
* Monday: Municipal Civic Center Conference Room, Reseda, 6:30-8 p.m.
* Tuesday: Bellflower City Hall and William Bristol Civic Auditorium, Bellflower. 6:30-8 p.m.
* Wednesday: Story Park-Joslyn Center Senior Center, Alhambra. 6:30-8 p.m.
* Feb. 5: Self-Help Graphics and Art, East Los Angeles, 6:30-8 p.m.
* Feb. 6: Institute of Musical Art, Crenshaw district. 7:30-8 p.m.
