ONE WHO MATTERED

Each time I attend a movie at my local theater, I constantly see the ads for Calendar and the behind-the-scenes people that I am supposed to be reading about. I never seem to find those articles.

However, last month, someone who touched so many people in this business was tragically killed in Moscow by a hit-and-run driver. Her name was Elisabeth Leustig. She was an outstanding independent casting director and was one of the very good people in our industry deserving of recognition. She mattered, cared and made a difference.
