Nation IN BRIEF : NEW YORK : Passengers on Hellish Cruise to Get Refunds

Passengers on a nightmarish transatlantic voyage last year on board luxury liner Queen Elizabeth 2 will receive full refunds and credit toward future trips under a preliminary court settlement in U.S. District Court in New York. About 2,000 passengers will get full refunds for their cruise fares as well as an equivalent amount in travel credit, said officials with Cunard.
