Sophomore Kimberly Fong led Rialto to its second consecutive San Andreas League cross-country championship by winning the league finals last week at Cal State San Bernardino in 20 minutes 57 seconds for the three-mile course. Fong, who started running cross-country in the middle of last season, carries a B-plus average at Rialto.
