Charges will not be filed against two San Diego State football players accused of raping two women at a party after a game on Oct. 14, La Mesa police announced.
The district attorney’s review of the case found there was insufficient evidence to prove the women’s allegations beyond a reasonable doubt. Officials declined to release the players’ names.
