VENTURA : Seminar to Explore Family Life Issues
Workshops on raising a family, improving communication and relationships, health education and other social issues will begin tonight in Ventura.
The family life education workshops, conducted by professional counselors, will also provide information on where people can go to get help in the community for family-related concerns.
Sponsored by La Familia, Family and Community Strengthening Program and Ventura County Public Health, tonight’s workshop will be held at 6 at Westpark Community Center, 450 W. Harrison St.
Court-ordered parenting cases will be accepted. Child care and refreshments will be provided.
