Murphy 26, Bell-Jeff 6--Mike Bodell caught a five-yard pass from Miguel Segura in the fourth quarter for the Guards’ only score at Burroughs High.

Segura, who was five of 10 for 37 yards, replaced Matt Stanley at the start of the third quarter when Stanley was diagnosed at halftime with a concussion and was taken to St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank.

Mike Morgan gained 82 yards in 25 carries for the Guards (1-8, 1-5).
