Richey Electronics Inc.: The Garden Grove company, doing business as RicheyCypress Electronics, said that net income for the third quarter rose to $1.1 million, or 12 cents a share, from $471,000, or 8 cents a share, for the 1994 third quarter. Sales increased 26% to $28.8 million from $22.8 million. Profit for the nine months was $2.7 million, or 35 cents a share, 93% higher than the $1.4 million, or 23 cents a share, for the corresponding period of 1994. Sales gained 26% to $83.7 million from $66.2 million.
