ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente maker of medical devices reported that third-quarter net income nearly tripled to $891,000, or 10 cents a share, from $300,000, or 4 cents a share, a year ago. Sales increased 31% to $4.6 million from $3.5 million. Nine-month profits rose 14% to $2.5 million, or 32 cents a share, from $2.2 million, or 29 cents a share, for the corresponding period last year. Sales gained 39% to $16 million from $11.5 million.
