Datum Inc.: The Anaheim manufacturer of precision frequency products and timing instruments said earnings for the third quarter were $140,000, or 3 cents a share, down 47% from $265,000, or 10 cents a share, for the comparable 1994 quarter. Revenue more than doubled to $18.6 million from $8 million. The company attributed the increases largely to its acquisition in March of Efratom Time and Frequency Products Inc. For the nine-month period, net income declined 37% to $525,000, or 14 cents a share, from $833,000, or 32 cents a share, for the same period of the previous year. Revenue rose 94% to $45.3 million from $23.3 million.
