THOUSAND OAKS : Accident Closes Freeway Lanes
A car flipped over Monday morning on the southbound Ventura Freeway south of Lynn Road, snarling traffic for nearly 40 minutes.
The minor-injury accident closed the southbound lanes of the freeway from 8:56 until 9:35 a.m., when the California Highway Patrol reopened the three lanes.
