In another Mission Conference game:
Orange Coast 42, San Diego Mesa 21--Orange Coast racked up 373 yards rushing Saturday night at Orange Coast College.
Running backs William League and Quincy Wimbish carried the Pirates’ offense for 283 of their 438 total yards and four of six touchdowns.
League ran for 177 yards and three touchdowns in 17 carries and Wimbish added 106 yards and one touchdown in 15 carries.
Trailing 7-0 in the first quarter, League broke loose for a 50-yard touchdown run and Danny Booher’s three-yard fumble recovery on a botched punt attempt put Orange Coast (2-3) up, 14-7.
