Power-Play Goals Lead Kings Past Sharks

SACRAMENTO — Dimitri Khristich had two goals and an assist Tuesday night and the Kings took advantage of three power-play goals to hand the San Jose Sharks a 4-1 exhibition defeat.
Khristich opened the Kings’ scoring at 19:03 of the first period off a feed from Wayne Gretzky. He scored his second goal early in the third period, the Kings’ final tally of the night, off a Gretzky assist.
