Ted Moore Appointed Vice President at First American Title
* Ted M. Moore has been named vice president-county manager for the Orange County division of First American Title Insurance Co. He joined the company in 1986 as assistant vice president-chief title officer.
* Bruce R. Toro has been named a senior vice president of Holmes & Narver Inc., an Orange architecture, engineering and construction firm. He is head of the company’s infrastructure business unit. Toro joined Holmes & Narver in 1991 after 15 years as an executive with Greiner Engineering.
* Donald Hoos has been selected golf course superintendent for Pelican Hill Golf Club, between Laguna Niguel and Corona del Mar. It is owned by the Irvine Co. and operated by Western Golf Properties Inc. Hoos was formerly the golf course superintendent at Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert, and before that, was director of agronomy for Landmark Land and Management Companies in La Quinta.
* Evelyn Robertson has been appointed vice chairwoman of the Sterling Award Council, a nonprofit consortium promoting quality and productivity in Orange County. She is a consulting partner with Xerox Quality Services, a division of Xerox’s U.S. customer operations.
* William A. Steele has been made a partner in the Costa Mesa office of Deloitte & Touche LLP, an accounting, tax and consulting firm. Steele is responsible for leading the firm’s Western Regional Realty Consulting Group.
