Long Beach police figure that their candid interview of an unidentified prostitute should be enough to grab the city’s channel-surfing cable subscribers. If not, there is always the hidden camera bust of a local john, followed by officers’ takes on actor Hugh Grant’s recent indiscretions along Sunset Boulevard.
The Police Department has scheduled rebroadcasts this week of a recent call-in show based on their efforts to curb prostitution and lewd conduct in the area, which aired live for the first time last Thursday.
The show reruns tonight at 8 on Channel 3, with other rebroadcasts depending on paid program bookings.
