In the article on the making of “A Walk in the Clouds� (“Wine With Your Chocolate,� by Blaise Simpson, Aug. 6), Alfonso Arau refers to a book important to the development of the magic realism movement in Latin American literature as “Pedro Carmo.� Juan Rulfo’s book is “Pedro Paramo,� as Arau undoubtedly knows and as the writer should have. It is probably the best-known novel in Mexican literature.
