Quality Systems Inc.: The Tustin developer and provider of computer-based practice management systems for medical and dental group practices reported that profit for the first fiscal quarter more than doubled to $537,200, or 11 cents a share, from $200,400, or 4 cents a share, for the prior-year period. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose 23% to $3.8 million from $3.1 million.
