Midwest Express Going Public: Kimberly-Clark Corp. said its Midwest Express Airlines the initial offering will be for as many as 5.14 million shares and is part of its strategy to sell off some businesses. The Dallas-based maker of paper products said Midwest Express will become a separate company with the offering but that Kimberly-Clark will still be its largest shareholder. The airline will continue to be based in Milwaukee.
