Fluor Corp.: The Irvine firm said Thursday that its Fluor Daniel unit acquired a majority stake in Prosynchem SA, one of Poland’s largest engineering and construction services companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment supplements Fluor Daniel’s existing 35% stake in Warsaw-based Prochem SA, which provides engineering and construction services to the industrial business sector.
